Asoreco is looking for a motivated commercial daredevil to take on the C-SITE story!

Wat zal je doen?

First six months you will: 

  • Learn the C-SITE application, a project visualisation tool for building projects.
  • Learn the tools that you will use to be successful in your role : CRM, Linkedin, workflows, sales cycle.
  • Build relationships with your colleagues @Asoreco and more importantly with our existing clients. Get to know them, get to know what they use C-SITE for and what our roadmap for future product development is.
  • Strategize with our CEO & Sales Manager on which companies to target and reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn, networking or other channels that you know work to reach your audience.
  • Identify what it takes to meet your goals, make your plan and put the tools into place to start this.
  • Get a first taste of making C-SITE offers & propositions, handle incoming leads and jump into your prospection tricks and tools to find your first buying customer.


As from six months you will: 

  • Continue to build on your core sales & communication skills as well as product/company knowledge.
  • Build up connections, grow your network, detect possible upselling opportunities and build your own portfolio of top clients.
  • Create recurring sales and provide the feedback & reporting to your management team.
  • Find the balance between hunt & hit and customer focus on the other hand.
  • Know what it takes to meet or even exceed your goals and go the extra mile to surprise us.
  • Begin to expand your knowledge of sales development and responsibilities.
  • Guide your customers as one point of contact through their projects as a partner in digitalization, as service is our highest goal.

Wie je bent

  • First proven track record of success in sales (development) (2 to 5 years).
  • Passion for digital revolution.
  • Knowledge of  & network in the construction or real estate industry in Benelux is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities.
  • Result driven personality.
  • Proactive/ assertive.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Teamplayer is a must.
  • Language skills  (N/F/E).
