After gaining the right insights about the interaction between customers and bankers and defining different channels, you will create the right first-time-right customer journey. Your mission is to define the needs and working methods of employees and create the right 'Employee Journeys'. You will contribute directly to the development and implementation of the CRM system SalesForce and integrate this tool into the company's landscape.
