Wat zal je doen?
- Being a human-centered designer, you support corporate innovation teams in their transformation to a more customer-centric culture. Working in a structured and agile way, you guide them through different phases of applying design thinking on their projects.
- You are radically inspired by people. You show great empathy for the user and spark the rest of the design team with powerful user stories that shift hearts and minds. You bring the voice of the people we’re designing for to life. Where needed, you create your innovation playbook and cases.
- In the design process, you are responsible for designing and structuring the qualitative user research (eg by organising fieldwork, facilitating co-creation sessions, conducting contextual interviews, performing usability studies, etc.) You interpret and translate rich user insights towards a clear vision for innovative products, services, spaces, interactions and experiences. You test early prototypes iteratively with users to move ideas closer to market launch.
- You design and facilitate different types of innovation programs: one day you might discuss the innovation strategy & governance of a new accelerator. The week after, you’re running your own brainstorm sessions with teams of intrapreneurs. In between, your train their in-house facilitators to spread the innovation virus within their organization. You enjoy the variety to work at different levels within an enterprise.
