As a NedWorks Industry Business Manager you will focus on clients within a given industry. Through in-depth industry understanding you will provide tailored talent solutions for sales & marketing teams via a variety of NedWorks’ services including business strategy, staffing and training & coaching of digital skills and competences.
The job of Industry Business Manager is a healthy mix of uncovering and nurturing new and existing business customer relationships. Working closely together with the Industry Sales Lead and the talent delivery team, you will develop people solutions that are customized to your clients' needs.
Due to your passion for people, digital media & deep commercial knowledge you'll own the relationships with clients in your specific vertical, targeting, educating and developing new clients to grow the business. This means you have excellent client-servicing and relationship skills along with the entrepreneurial drive to approach and inspire new and existing customers with large, multi faceted HR propositions. To do so you show strong presentation and communication skills, guiding your clients throughout the whole process.
