For our Social Media team in Brussels we are looking for a driven and motivated Community Manager.

Are you eager to share your morning adventure on Instagram or Snapchat? Do you easily find your way in the world of hashtags and are you aware of the latest Facebook updates? In addition, you write fluently and error-free in Dutch and you could also write a letter in French to Mr Macron without any problems? You are bursting with creativity and you can easily empathize with the tone of voice of different brands. In addition, you can always find an appropriate answer, even to the most difficult question!

We welcome you to our dynamic Consumer Interaction Center that is always ready for fans of the fantastic brands of Coca-Cola Belgium (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Aquarius, Sprite etc.).

As a Community Manager you will help to manage different Social Media channels in collaboration with departments of Marketing & Communication, with your colleagues from neighboring countries and the rest of the Social Media team.

You convert creativity into concepts and content that supports the communication objectives of your brands. You maintain an overview of all content through a clear schedule.

What will you do?

Management of Social Media channels:

  • Publishing, Monitoring and Analysis on Social Media channels
  • Answering consumer questions on Social Media
  • Copywriting in your native language
  • Guaranteeing the brand image by, among other things, using the right tone of voice
  • Qualitative content creation:
  • Concept creation
  • Image and video editing
  • Content and concept review
  • Preparation of content calendars
  • Actively search for opportunities on Social Media in relation to brand strategies
  • Taking care of Social Media live broadcasts during events: Snapchat & Instagram live stories
  • Follow-up of online competition

Who you are

PROFILE

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communication or Journalism with a great passion for Social Media
  • Digital specialist with experience in community management, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • A good insight into the Social Media landscape in BELUX
  • Knowledge of editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Problem-solving thinking and eye for detail
  • Driven personality
  • Team player
     

SKILLS

  • Writing: error-free writing in Dutch with a very good level of French
  • Languages: Oral: native Dutch, very good knowledge of French & English
  • Creativity & humor: you can easily empathize with the tone of voice of different brands. You can also easily come up with nice concepts for content.
  • You can also get started with image editing programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, ..
  • Interpersonal skills: this position involves many contacts with different parties. That is why communication skills and adaptability to various stakeholders are very important
  • Business communication: respect for the rules and guidelines of the house and the different brands is a must. Correctly translate corporate messages to the consumer and his / her world.
  • Crisis management: sense of responsibility, good responsiveness and assessment in difficult situations.
  • Organized: being good at multi-tasking, being able to keep a good overview of different brands and content calendars.
